Reservations

Members of Selling entities Ashbrook Village, LLC and Skyland West, LLC are
licensed real estate brokers in the state of Oregon and cannot have any
agency representation to Buyer for purchase or reservation of the property.

Thank you for your interest in reserving a residence in Ashbrook
Village Condominiums.

A reservation form is available on the link below. Please print and
send the completed form to Ashbrook Village, LLC at the address
provided. The fully refundable reservation deposit of $2,500.00
should be payable to Amerititle Title and Escrow.

Please call or e-mail us so that we know to expect your reservation.
We will place a temporary hold on your chosen residence until we
receive your form and deposit.

Once your reservation is accepted, Amerititle will contact you with
receipt confirmation. When your residence nears construction
completion, you will receive a purchase agreement to consider and
review in accordance with the reservation agreement.

We welcome any questions or discussions you wish to have regarding
Ashbrook Village Condominiums. We are happy to offer you a tour of
the property and available addresses at your convenience.
